Gerard has a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resources and has been with Attribute Group for over 8 years. He has over ten years of recruitment experience in managing and providing talent solutions to clients in the Aviation, Retail, Financial Services, and Transportation sectors. Gerard jointly leads Attribute Group’s Executive Search function while specialising in Software Development and Project Services.
As an Account Director he takes a pro-active approach and is always looking for opportunities to streamline the sourcing process talent for his clients. Gerard believes in transparency with all stakeholders within a client’s organisation and is widely regarded as a trusted advisor and partner.
